Hotel Policy :
The hotel check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours.
The discretion to identify age of the child lies in the hands of the Hotel in the absence of age evidence.
Cancellation Policy :
If cancelled before 7 days prior to check-in, 5% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation done less than 7 days prior to arrival – 1 night retention will be charged.
Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival of the guest / No Show / Early Departure will attract full retention charges.
